**Qualifications**
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Dunkin' experience is a plus, but not required
- 1–3 years of restaurant or retail supervisory/management experience
- Experience training, coaching, and scheduling a team
- Strong communicator with a people-first mindset
- Solid problem-solving skills and good business judgment
- Guest-focused with strong time-management skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Legal to work in the United States

**What You'll Do**
- Oversee daily operations for the restaurant, opening/closing and running shifts
- Train, coach, and develop crew members and shift leaders to deliver great guest experiences
- Build and manage staff schedules to ensure proper shift coverage
- Monitor restaurant standards, cleanliness, and food safety compliance
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control food cost
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
- Handle guest concerns and ensure a consistently positive guest experience
- Assist with cash handling, deposits, and basic reporting
- Help execute marketing and promotional initiatives at the store level
